01 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bktk1 and all users of its services ("User" or "Member"). bktk1 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides various casino games, sports betting and live dealer experiences for users in Bangladesh.

By accessing this website, registering an account or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1.1 Applicable Law

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If any individual is found operating more than one account, all accounts and any funds held in them will be forfeited.

2.4 Account Security

2.5 KYC Verification

For security purposes, bktk1 may request identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) at any time. This may require submission of a national identity card, passport or other documents. Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending completion of verification.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on bktk1 are currently available through the following methods:

3.2 Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required if a KYC verification is in progress or if inconsistent transactions are detected.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on bktk1 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

3.5 Anti-Money Laundering

bktk1 takes the utmost care to prevent money laundering. If suspicious activity regarding the source of funds is detected, the right to place the relevant account under investigation is reserved.

04 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. This bonus applies once only and is limited to the first deposit.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the total bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳10,000 worth of bets before withdrawing.

4.3 Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers apply to one account only.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• bktk1 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to obtain bonus benefits fraudulently will result in account termination.

4.4 VIP Program

The bktk1 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. The cashback rate increases as you advance to higher tiers. VIP members enjoy exclusive benefits and personalised service.

05 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on bktk1 are operated using software from third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Ezugi and others). Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.

5.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has specific minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game lobby. bktk1 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

5.3 Winnings

If a technical error or irregularity occurs in a game outcome, bktk1 reserves the right to void the bets for that round. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

5.4 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the official result of a match or event is considered final. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake may be refunded, which will vary depending on the market.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bktk1 and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing or attempting to fraudulently obtain bonus benefits.
• Exploiting any technical error or bug to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using software, bots or automated systems to play games.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Opening an account using a false identity or documents.
• Playing on behalf of or with the funds of a third party.
• Conducting illegal transactions or money laundering through the platform.
• Harassing or disrespectful behaviour towards other users.

07 Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Availability

bktk1 always strives to provide uninterrupted service. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, server issues or other reasons. bktk1 will not be liable for any loss suffered by users in such circumstances.

7.2 Third-Party Software

bktk1 will not be directly liable for any errors or irregularities in game provider software. However, bktk1 will work with the relevant provider to resolve such issues.

7.3 Personal Decisions

Online gaming carries financial risk. Users place bets at their own discretion and their own risk. bktk1 is not liable for losses on any game or bet.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the bktk1 website — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software and other elements — is the intellectual property of bktk1 or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing or commercially using any part of this content without the written permission of bktk1 is strictly prohibited.

Users may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. The intellectual property rights of third-party games or content belong to the respective providers.
